Connect with UCM Students Through Career Events

If you are interested in visiting the UCM campus we can work with you to host a specialized event, these events can be held either in person or virtually and may include:  information sessions, informal meet-ups, career coffees, Q&A with a recruiter, and many more!  Contact us at 660-543-4985 and we will be happy to assist you.

UCM Fall 2025 Construction, Design & Drafting, Engineering & Safety Career Fair

The University of Central Missouri would like to invite you to join us for the Fall 2025 Construction, Design & Drafting, Engineering & Safety Job Fair. The fair is scheduled for Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., and will be held in the UCM Student Recreation & Wellness Center located at 500 South Maguire St, Warrensburg, MO.

Registration Includes:

  • 8' or 6' table with two chairs and one representative
  • Coffee and light breakfast items available while supplies last
  • Lunch for one, $20.00 each for additional representatives
  • Free parking
  • Name tags are available if needed, please bring your company name tag if possible
  • Bring a water bottle for water refills
  • Additional items such as tablecloth, electricity or an extra table are limited, and a small charge may apply

 

Rates:

  • Early Bird:  $350.00 - Prior to August 27, 2025
  • Standard Rate: $375.00 - After August 27, 2025
  • Government and Non-Profit Agencies:  $200.00
  • Event Partnership Package: $1,000;00 This package includes participation in the Construction, Design & Drafting, Engineering and Safety Lunch & Learn a reserved table with electricity in a prime location, 4 representatives, 4 lunches, and signage at the event. The Construction, Design & Drafting, Engineering and Safety Lunch & Learn will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. This event will allow you to connect with students and faculty the day before the fair during a casual networking lunch. No formal presentations are required, but you will have an opportunity to introduce your organization and your team.

The UCM Fall 2025 Construction, Design & Drafting, Engineering, and Safety Job Fair is an excellent way to market your jobs and internships to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Central Missouri. At this event you can expect to connect with over 250 students from the School of Industrial Sciences and Technology and the Department of Occupational Risk and Safety Sciences. Warrensburg Missouri is located 60 miles east of Kansas City, Missouri on US Hwy 50 or 218 miles west of St. Louis, Missouri  on interstate I-70 and 20 miles south of I-70 on MO Hwy 13 South (exit 49).

UCM Fall 2025 Agriculture Careers & Internships Fair

Connect with the Future of Agriculture at UCM!

Join us for the University of Central Missouri’s Fall 2025 Agriculture Careers & Internships Fair, a targeted recruiting event designed to connect top agricultural employers with talented students pursuing careers in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, and other related programs.

This event offers employers a unique opportunity to engage with 75–100 motivated students who are eager to explore full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities within the industry. Whether you're seeking future leaders in farm management, animal health, ag sales, conservation, or ag finance, you’ll meet students who are building the skills and passion to contribute to your organization's success.
