New Student Orientation & Registration

Welcome to the University of Central Missouri family!

We're excited you've chosen to join the more than 12,000 students who call UCM home. As you prepare for your first semester, Orientation is your next step in becoming part of our community. Orientation is a one-day program packed with tools, people, and resources to help you feel at home and ready for your journey at UCM.

For freshman students, Orientation is required and designed to help you transition smoothly into college life at UCM. You'll meet with your academic program, connect with your Success Advisor to discuss your classes, and explore the many resoures here to support your success. For transfer students, Orientation is optional—but highly encouraged. It's a great opportunity to get connected, ask questions about next steps, and feel confident before starting classes.
