Rosita Dial

Mrs. Dial assists cadets with their Army Human Resources paperwork and recordkeeping, such as Cadet contracts, enlistment, Cadet pay, medical, security clearances, scholarship payments, waivers, disenrollments, training, travel, and other Cadet actions.

•         With Cadet Command Army ROTC since OCT1998
•         Served as Recruiting Operations Officer Assistant (1998-2001) and Human Resources Assistant (2001-current)
•         Came to UCM from Wentworth Military Academy & College when it closed in AUG 2017
•         Cadet Command training includes:

School of Cadet Command, Human Resources Administration Course, DTS, CCIMMs, & Refresher Courses to remain current

Personal:

Born and raised in St. Joseph, MO, graduated from Benton High School.  Married to Adam Dial (CW4 retired Army) and have 4 grown children, Ashley (graduated from UCM), Zach, Christy & Trent (who graduated & commissioned from UCM), and 4 granddaughters & 1 grandson.
