Sara Hoffmann

 

With over 30 years of comprehensive nursing experience, Dr. Hoffmann serves as the Chair of the School of Nursing. Dr. Hoffmann obtained her BSN from Avila University, MSN in Nursing Education from UCM, and DNP in Leadership from University of Missouri-Kansas City.  

An accomplished educator, clinician, and leader, Dr. Hoffmann has built a distinguished career in critical and cardiac care, nursing education, and leadership/administration. She has been a faculty member at UCM since 2006. Dr. Hoffmann is deeply passionate about advancing the future of nursing through quality education, patient safety, and excellence in clinical practice.

Dr. Hoffmann is responsible for teaching various courses in the BSN PL program and the Nurse Educator track graduate courses.
