Elizabeth Summers

 

Liz Summers, MSN, RN, CNE, has over 29 years of experience in various capacities, including critical care float, medical surgical float, labor and delivery and various education positions.

Liz Summers is a member of National League of Nursing. She sits on a task force with the Missouri State Board of Nursing for revising the minimum standards for the schools of nursing. Liz is a CPR instructor since 1990. She contributes to improving the quality of nursing educational content by authoring and revising educational content. 

Liz Summers is currently the BSN Coordinator at UCM, where she teaches in the traditional undergraduate BSN program. She is responsible for courses such as Pharmacology and assessment, providing students with a comprehensive education in fundamental basics of healthcare.
